Godparent gifts?

Anyone have any ideas for a godparent gift besides a frame? That is probably what I'll end up going with, but thought I'd see if anyone else had any fabulous ideas.

I'm trying to decide if a gift is even necessary? But if so, I would say a frame would be good.
