First day of daycare, and I have a knot in my stomach:(

I at least didn't cry, but I just have that empty feeling in my stomach. I stopped by daycare a while ago because I was out of the office for work and had to drive right by. E had been screaming and they had just gotten her to sleep. She decided this weekend that she didn't want to take a bottle anymore, and she would only take 2 oz from them this morning. I hope she figures it out soon because it's horrible to walk in to visit and have your baby sobbing:(

Yup, its my boys first day at "daycare" too. I am lucky though, he's with my parents. But I cried like there was no tomorrow. I hope your little one gets adjusted quickly. You too!

My DD didn't eat well at day care the first day either. The second day was perfectly fine, and it has been since.

It's hard day! I know you've heard this a million times, but it DOES get easier!

It gets better.  It was a lot easier leaving DD when she started launching herself into the arms of the workers or like now when she runs to her room and starts greeting all of her friends.  And she is always thrilled to see us at the end of the day but certainly enjoys her time at school.
