NT Scan Today...nervous

I can't believe it's today already.  I'm SUPER excited but as soon as i get excited i can't help but get really really nervous that something's going to be wrong.  I hate that i'm thinking that way, but i can't help it.  I'm starting to get a really bad stomach ache, which i'm assuming is from my nerves...

Anyway...is there anything i'm supposed to do before i go? Drink water? not drink? they didn't really say anything, so i dunno...any advice would be great. Thanks!

I was nervous and excited too.  I hope you have a wonderful scan......It was really exciting seeing how big he got.

I was told i didn't need to drink anything more.  If your not sure bring a bottle of water with you and ask at the reception desk and you can drink while you wait.  I'm sure you'll be fine.

I had to have a full bladder for my NT scan.

It's normal to feel nervous, I know I sure was. I didn't do anything special before mine. GL today, I'm sure everything will be great and it's so fun to watch your baby move around in there!!

Good luck! I cannot wait to hear about it.  I'm sure everything will be great but I know what you mean, it is very nerve wracking!

for mine i was told to not pee the hour before the appt.

i'm the same way with the nerves............it's terrible but think positive!?
