I think it takes a lot of willpower which, i don't have!

I've done the 9 day cleanse a few times. It's excellent. It takes a lot of discipline... but is doable for 9 days. I would not recommend you do any kid of cleanse during pregnancy.

I love doing the cleanses, but wouldn't do it while pregnant or nursing...I plan on doing it as soon as I am done breastfeeding though.
