While spending time with family for Labor Day I used my hooter hider to nurse DS and still sit on the deck and chat with family. Apparently some of the family thought I was just using it for fun- they would walk up behind me and peek down and say things like "Oh... he's still eating" and "he's so sweet."
I thought me putting the hooter hider on would send the message in a subtle way- apparently not.
Re: It's called a hooter HIDER for a reason.
Yeah, some people are clueless.
I use a blanket to cover sometimes and I've actually had people LIFT the blanket to get a peek at DS. HELLOOOO, he's a bit busy right now... wait 3 minutes and you can see him all you want.
i HATE it when people do that.
now DS likes to wiggle so much and push the hider out of the way very soon he'll give them a view i really don't want too!

this! i've had ppl come over & rub her head while eating too! i dont really mind if ppl see me BFing her but i laugh when they do things like that and then go "OMG you're nursing! Sorry!" one would think my shirt being UP would be a dead give away...
