Do you heat your LO's water for formula?

Do you think it makes a difference?

  • No, she drinks her bottles at room temp.  She actually had a cold bottle yesterday, and didn't seem to mind it.

  • I'll use warm water when I'm at home but if I'm out we use room temp. DS doesn't care either way.

  • I started doing that but that's because he was partially BFed in the beginning.  If I was FF only, I would've started him at room temp or cold.  I'd probably only warm it when he was sick to help with his throat.

  • We do because it mixes better. The powder has a hard time dissolving in cold or room temp water.

DS will take it at any temp, though.
