I know a lot of people think of Dunkin Donuts or Duncan Heinz but I love the name Duncan for our next if it's a boy (not pregnant, just thinking ahead!). I have never heard of a single Duncan however, nor do I ever see it on the boards. I will most likely use it for our next DS, I think it's a charming name : )

I would be just as tempted to call him Duncan Donut as I would Graham Cracker if his name was Graham. It's just a silly nn

Right, I feel like Duncan Donut isn't a terrible nickname, when all is said and done. We did name our first son Carter, which my 9 year old brother was sure to remind us ends up becoming Carter Farter...whoops!

 I just think it's cute, uncommon but not too "unique"...which probably means 700 people in my specific area will all decide they love it too and ruin it

It's my Aunt's Dog's name, so I can't help but associate it with him.. lol he's a cute dog tho!

I really dislike it. It sounds very nerdy to me and I thought of donuts.

we considered it for a boy - but we are HUGE Tim Duncan fans   he's the reason we got married on St. Croix!

Did you ever see the show Big Shots? Dylan McDermott's character was Duncan. Good looking man!

I did actually think of that after I started trying to figure out if I had ever heard of it being used! I liked that show.
