That's a total bummer! We bought it this weekend and DD loves it. I was pretty confident she would since she already had a glo-worm and loved it. We just got the Seahorse because it plays music longer. Maybe he will like it when he is older....

DS was scared of it at first so we just put it in the corner of his crib and used it for the music and light. Now DS loves it and will actually play with it.
It took a couple of weeks to grow on DD. We don't use it at bedtime, but instead for something for her to look at and talk to during the day. She likes to lick its stomach (the lights, I guess).
Keep trying. Some toys that DS HATED are now his favorites. My parents have some toys they bought him that used to make him cry (a stuffed parrot puppet in particular used to upset him), and he now laughs & smiles at them. He LOVES the seahorse.
He literally throws it out of his swing and pushes it away from him in the crib. big waste of ten bucks.
It's twice the price here
We want to get one for DS for Christmas but they haven't had any at Wal-Mart or BRU the last few times we were there. They better still carry them in Canada.
Same with us. I was so excited to buy it this weekend after reading how many children on here love it. But DD wants nothing to do with it right now. I'm hoping she'll grow to love it!

You can always order from Amazon. It's $15 but at least they have it and if you have Amazon Prime you can get free shipping (or just order over $25 worth of stuff).
Re: we got the seahorse.. FAIL
LOL give it another try.

We do this with it. She likes it a lot better that way.
