There are a pile of them at a fancy/crunchy kids cafe here. DD hasn't been a fan. She wrapped a doll in one. Asked me to tie one on her like a skirt. But that was basically it.
I think a child would really need to be in the loving to play dress up stage. They're pretty, but the ones I've seen available are pretty pricey, so I think I'd want to see DD loving them before I'd invest in some.
