WDYT about this EP supply/feeding routine?

I'm wondering how pathetic this is.  I have been EPing since LO was 3 or 4 weeks old (can't remember-it's a blur).  My supply has dwindled down to about 15 oz a day.  LO eats 5 oz bottles 5 times a day so that means he gets 3 EBM bottles and 2 formula bottles (used to get 4, but I'm about to get AF and my supply has tanked from 18-20 oz a day to 15 a day).  How much are you EP'ers getting?  What is your feeding schedule if you're supplementing with formula?  I have about 120-130 oz frozen and am debating using them to supplement him back to 4 bottles a day now OR to save them until my supply tanks even more and use them then.

  • I'd save it in case it tanks even more.

  • I EP for my DS and I pump almost 20 oz per day. I have a little stash too. If I were you, I'd make sure LO gets any fresh BM first. I have read articles which debate if BM loses nutrients and important antibodies over a period of time esp. frozen. That is what I have been doing, I give LO any fresh BM and any remaining goes into the freezer. In the worst case if supply tanks further you could supplement with more formula.
