Max is finally getting baptized tomorrow.  I am so glad, but I feel awful that it has taken us so long to get this done.  Ian was 7 months old and I swore that next time we'd do it earlier.  And here we are at 8 months old. 

Oh well, I guess as long as he's baptized it doesn't really matter when it happened, right?

Oh - and we are joining the church too, so that's cool.

Uhm...DS is almost 2.5 years and we STILL haven't done it.  Stupid, stupid...I wonder if it is too late?

Well, Alex is almost 3 and he's still not baptized. We're not super religious so I'm not sure he ever will be, but I think about it sometimes. I like the tradition and both DH and I were baptized.

Anyway, so don't feel bad! You're downright speedy compared to us.

We aren't super religious either, though I did grow up in the church.  I went until my 20's when my church actually closed, and then I became kind of a drifter.  DH didn't go much, but we both went to Lutheran high schools.

I'm glad to be getting back into church, though.  Hopefully they won't hound me too much if we don't get there every single week!

For sure! I wasn't baptized until I was 25.  Neither of my children are yet.  I'll let them decide if and when they're ready.

DD is almost 2.5 and we haven't done it.  I was raised die hard Catholic but DH wasn't raised with any religion.  We don't know what to do with DD.  We need to get on finding a church but haven't.  I could list the excuses but we just need to do it.
