Recipe needed: Lemon dessert

My older bro's bday party is on Monday. He is able to buy himself anything he wants, so gifts are kinda not special. I decided this year to just bake for him. He loves lemon and his wife doesn't cook or bake. So, anyone have a killer lemon dessert recipe? He would love lemon bars, lemon cake, even lemon cookies. He just loves lemon stuff. TIA!

These are fantastic...though I have never made them with lemon, but the woman I got the recipe from sells them and her best sellers are the lemon ones. I can give you other flavors if anyone is interested (pineapple, carrot cake, peanut butter, chocolate chip, banana, butty, and chippy gooeys!)...but this is the recipe for Lemon Gooey cakes

Cake:

1 box lemon cake mix

1 egg

1/2 cup butter, melted

Filling:

1 8 ounce cream cheese softened

2 eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla

1 16 oz box confectioners sugar

1/2 cup butter melted

Juice (approx 1/4 cup) and zest of 2 lemons

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, egg, and butter and mix well. Pat into the bottom of prepared pan and set aside. Still using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth; add eggs and vanilla. Dump in confectioners sugar and beat well. Reduce speed of mixer and slowly pour in butter. Mix well. Add lemon juice and zest and mix. Pour filling onto cake mixture and spread evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Don't be afraid to make a judgement call on the cooking time, because oven temps can vary. You want the center to be a little gooey, so dont back it past that point. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares. Just remember that these wonderful cakes are very, very rich, and a little will go a long way!
