Quick Question

Does anyone know how much I should be expecting to pay for infertily at Kaiser?  I am so afraid to hear , but we are both ready to start this process and we just want to get prepared financially before we make the appt.

    A few notes about Kaiser -

    1. Costs will depend on your plan and how much your employer covers.  There are different variations - for me, it was 50% - but most of the testing was included (and we had alot).

    2.  Kaiser doesn't cover IVF, only IUI.  Again, that costs depends on your plan.  That could run a few thousands.

    All in all, I think we spent about $500 for tests and co-pays before we got referred out to an IVF doc.  Hope that helps!
