I was sooo busy at work Thursday & Friday I didn't have anytime to bump & actually ended up putting in 3 hours of overtime. I tried skimming back through yesterday's posts and I don't think I saw it... but maybe I missed it.
Anyways, I am changing my weigh in days from Mondays to Saturdays and I am stoked & very surprised about my changes this week!
I lost 1.8 pounds, 2" inches off my hips and -3.75" combo over the rest of my body. I've been working out about 45 mins - an hour each morning but don't feel burned out. Today I'm going to "active rest" and just take an easy one or two mile walk - nothing tomorrow.
As far as my other goals:
eat healthy breakfast each morning ... check
no eating past 8 ... check
take vitamins each day ... half check (I missed some evening doses)
