15 month appointment

Well, DS is healthy but good lord can he cry, scream & fight for no reason!  He cried & thrashed about when getting his head measured, having his mouth looked at, his ears looked at, his temp taken.  I might need to take DH with me to the 18 month appt!

Anyway, he was 22.3lbs and 31 & 1/4 inches tall.  He didn't grow much since his 12 month.  Maybe 1 pound & 1 inch difference.

    You don't think an inch is a lot? Or a pound? DD stayed at the same weight from months 4-9 and just got progressively longer, so when she managed to grow an inch & 1/4 AND gain a little over a pound between 12 and 15 months, I was shocked with all the growing she was busy doing this summer.

    Well, I guess compared to the growth during the infant months.  I know after the 1st year they tend to level off.  Plus, he feels like he weighs more.  Maybe I'm just weak!

    My daughter did the same thing...she HATED having her head measured!!??
