update on my engagement ring

To recap:  woke up this morning to find me engagement ring disappeared from the nightstand and determined that one of my three kittens was the thief.

Couple hours later, my fiance called me at work, thinking I was mad at him and was leaving him - he found my ring on his back when he woke up, so he assumed I must have been pissed and just threw it at him on my way out the door.

So, then I go home for lunch and go to get my ring.  And it's gone again.  Apparently FI put the ring back on the nightstand, and this guy: 

took off with it.  We know it's him, because as we were searching the bedroom, he jumped up on the night stand and started knocking everything off.

So, I'm still looking for my ring.  :-(

Yeah, and he cuddled with me the whole lunch hour - just purring and purring and wanting to be petted.  Little sneak was buttering me up.
