Anyone have placenta previa?

So I had my big US yesterday at 20 weeks.  Baby looked great and we found out we are having a baby boy   Anyways, the only thing negative that he told me was I had marginal placenta previa.  He didn't seem to concerned and told me not to worry as it's only the tip of the placenta that is over my cervix.  He said that it's rare that it wouldn't move before delivery.  Of course I came home and searched the internet for it and it really freaked me out, even the marginal didn't sound good.  Anyone have this during their pregnancies? What was your outcome?

I didn't but my best friend did and it moved and everyhing was fine.  Good luck!
