I tried the Greek Panzanella recipe

https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/greek-panzanella-recipe/index.html

Soooooo good. I'm going to make it for our next dinner party, for sure. Easy, too. I didn't think I'd like the bread in it, but it's browned so much that it didn't get soggy and gross at all.

Ina never lets me down! I also tried her recipe for mini meatloaves and it was very good.

  • I was wondering the same thing Dani!  Not sure what kind of a meal it is and there were no pictures!

  • Yup, like a salad w/o the lettuce (though you could certainly add lettuce, though I'd make more dressing). It's tomato, bell peppers, cucumbers and onions for the base of the salad, plus toasted bread for the croutons. 4 stars!
