It totally works but here is my question......Do you wear it all day or what?
My nips poke out of the slits and its annoying. Do you put another bra on top? LOL.....My mom CRACKED up when she saw me do this today but oh well I could do stuff while I pumped:)
Re: If you do the homemade hands free pump thing (sports bra)
I got the hands free bra from a friend who tried it and didn't like it. Anyways, the one you buy zips up the front, so what I did was open up my nursing bra and put this on over it. It seems silly to have to take your shirt and nursing bra off (mine I can only take off over the head) to put this thing on.
I don't think it would be comfortable to wear 2 bras. Hope you figure something out.

Another poster suggested her technique which has worked great for me. When I go to pump I remove my shirt and unsnap the flaps on my nursing bra and pull them down. I then put the sport bra on over the nursing bra and fasten it in the front.
Removing your shirt may not be necessary but I just couldn't stand having the shirt bunched up along with the sports bra and nursing bra combo in the mix as well!
