Dress shirt/dress pants for 4 y/o+

Why can I not find them?  I looked at Macy's & they had none of the above...usually that's a place that would.....it's for a rehearsal dinner.....I need a button up shirt to go w/ a tie.

I honestly don't know since I've never shopped for that kind of clothing before. But I'm just curious- is a shirt and tie really expected from a 4 y/o? Or is it just a personal preference?

Check out Macy's online, that's where I found ds's for my sister's wedding.  There was nothing at the store itself.

JCPenney had some nice blue slacks and button down dress shirts in their American Living brand
