Baby's 1st Haircut ?s

I wanted to hold out on getting DS a haircut until he was one, but the mullet he's got is getting a bit ridiculous. There is a kids' haircut place near me that charges $15 for all kids under 5. Does this sound like a reasonable price (I live in MA)? How much did you pay for your LO's hair cut? And did you use a kids' hair salon or regular one?
