just put 1 1/2 ounces in the fridge...  I am so depressed about this
I meant to take fenugreek this morning and forgot b/c dd got up at 4am - UG!

Every drop of milk I have is at day care and my Monday she will have to be on formula if I cannot get this milk moving!

I teach 9:30-noon so please please please cross your fingers for a good noon pumping!   Then again good for me is 3 ounces a session (total across both breasts... how depressing    )

I totally feel your pain. 2-3 oz from both breasts is about the norm for me. I just take comfort in knowing that any BM we can provide is better than none. If I don't have enough to fill a bottle, I'll add formula and feel a little better knowing she is getting the antibodies she needs. GL!

Don't feel bad...I get about 2oz total...and i'm taking domperidone....so much for saving money by bf'ing...lol

do not feel bad.  any bm is good for your LO.  I too could only get about 3 oz combined.  hang in there!

Just got done pumping my 12PM 3oz...whooo....hooo!  THIS is good for me.
