Barq's root beer

Am I the last person to know that Barq's root beer has caffeine in it?  Gah!  I know some caffeine is fine, but I'm really trying not to have any.  I was sick of water and got some Barq's to drink for lunch only to discover that there's caffeine in it.  Stupid Barq's.  Super Angry

    IT DOES?!?!?!!?!?!?! OMG, that's NEWS to me!!!  Omg, now that you're saying that...am i total idiot??? I drink snapple peach tea every day....that must have caffeine in it too...omg...i'm freaking out right now!!! I'm such an idiot!!!!!!!!

    I'm so mad at Barq's because it's the best! But there are other rootbeers that are caffiene free, you just gotta find one. GL!

    I was aware of that.  A&W does not have caffiene though if I'm remembering correctly.  Enjoy the Barq's anyways....a little caffiene will be fine.

    Like PP said, some caffeine is fine.  If you're worried or drink a lot of soda go ahead and get a different brand next time.

    Also, ref the snapple tea, I don't know if it has caffeine in it, but tea generally has very little.

    I know some caffeine is fine, but I rarely drink it not pregnant, so I try to avoid it completely now.  But, I only drink soda about once a week, so I'll forgive myself!  I'll go with Mug or A&W next time!

    That is what gives it "bite".  I don't know how many wait staff I have had to argue with because "all root beer is caffeine free."  Nope not Barq's.

    I usually got for A&W or Mug. I don't know if any of you have Stewart's Root Beer around you, but that is caffiene free also. I was totally bummed when I found out Barq's has caffeine. I do think I like Mug the best!
