Speaking of having an insane number of children

I have no problem with the Duggars but 19 is a lot of kids.  DH was wondering about the record of most babies born to one woman.  This is what Wiki and a few other sites say although I probably won't get a chance to confirm with a history book or anything:

 "The highest officially recorded number of children born to one mother is 69, to the first wife of Feodor Vassilyev** (1707-1782) of Shuya, Russia. Between 1725 and 1765, in a total of 27 confinements, she gave birth to 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets. 67 of them survived infancy."

Wow!  I think the most fathered was a king who had 800 children...crazy!

Holy Crap!  And they are all vaginal births too since that was way before csections!  Talk about throwing a hotdog down a hallway!!!!

The story says that Julius Caesar himself was born by C-Section. Hence: Caesarian Section.
