Do your family members call DC on their birthday?

My mom called DD today and that is it.  I kinda expected my dad to call and my siblings but they didn't.  I had more friends call/text then family members and I think that's sad.  I always call my nieces and nephews and I'd love for my family to stop being such slackers and call my kids too.   

So does your family call and do you call nieces/nephews?

I don't have any nieces or nephews, but I would call them if I had them. No, nobody calls Preston on his birthday :-(

My dd has three uncles, two aunts, fil and mil and my father and not one of them called dd on her birthday last year.  It hurt.  I always call on birthdays.

Aww, I'm sorry they didn't call her.  Did you have a good day today?  Hopefully you did and so did Katie.  Carter was so excited that it was her birthday today because he knows a party is shortly to follow.

My mom calls, but I don't expect my siblings to remember to call. They are all pretty busy with their kids and jobs and stuff.

Thanks sweetie!  That Russian tradition is nice...I was surprised when I got gifts for their first birthdays.
