Once a tooth pokes through how long does it take to fully come in?

Once a tooth pokes through how long does it take to fully come in?  DD's starting poking through last week and it doesn't seem like it's making anymore progress coming up.

  • About 2 weeks from what I recall.

  • I noticed DS two upper teeth starting to poke through last Monday and they are just now broken through the gums, I expect to see more of the teeth by the end of this week.  So I'd say a week and a half to 2 weeks.

  • DS's first tooth poked through about 1.5 weeks ago, and it's up a bit, but def. not all the way yet! So I don't know!
