First time in 5 years..

I am on birth control. After my miscarriage last week, I went to my OB to discuss my options. I hate hormonal birth control, but I need to do it so that we don't get pregnant again without trying. I feel like I went 5 years with DH using charting and pull out and it worked great. We decided to have DD and 4 months of trying we were pregnant. So I figured it would work again, not so much. I know it's probably in my head but I am using the nuva ring and all day have had back aches and head aches. Anyone else had these symptoms who uses this?
