Did you have a little bit of cramping the next day?

I never experienced that- and I have had it a lot between the 2 PG's.

Nope. The cramping went away almost instantly.

I had a little but I am on Procardia 3x a day to stop contractions and the cramping only comes when it's time for the next dose, so I doubt it is related to the shots.

I had pretty much continuous cramping from week 30 until I delivered J at 37 weeks.  I received the shot once when I was admitted and it made my contractions go from every 5 minutes to every 30 minutes or so.  It never totally took them away.

No cramping afterward but they also gave me procradia not too long after the shot.
