GD success!

I just wanted to give all you GD ladies hope that having GD will mean that you will have huge babies!  I was controlling my GD with diet and exercise (no meds), and gained about 10 lbs total.  My doc induced me 6 days shy of my due date, and my LO was a perfect 7 lbs 1 oz!  Good luck to you all.  The sacrifies that you are making to keep your LO healthy are totally worth it!

I was induced 6 days shy of my due date, but after 11 hours, didnt progress past 4 cm, so my doc decided that it was likely because she wouldnt fit down my birth canal all the way (I am 4'11") and we ended up with a c-section.
