I need some new ideas. We do tummy time, bumbo seat, swing, walks in stroller, tub time (her favorite), and mobile watching. She has no interest in her activity mat and is too small for her jumper/activity thing.
I read DD stories, walk around the house and tell her what things are, show her herself in the mirror. I also have a Mommy and Baby yoga DVD that she LOVES!
you can always do things with her that maybe she wont appreciate now but it passes time and could be fun for you, and maybe soon she will enjoy! - finger painting/feet painting/bubbles/books/just laying on the grass at the park/stroller time *everywhere*/laying in the room listening to music you like/singing to her/get a sling or carrier and let her just experience what you do all day/people watching ... these are things that we do!
read books, play peak-a-boo, show her blocks while she is on her tummy- build with them, sing her songs- count her toes and tickle them, show her around the house, just talk to her the entire time. we read a lot of books back then.
I didn't really do a lot with DD at that age beyond what you've listed. And I don't regret it either.
Basically EVERYTHING is a new experience for a small baby, so just going about your life doing chores and errands in between nursing and naps is plenty - and even that stuff can be enough to overstimulate some babies.
The one thing I did do was try to narrate my day, so just talking to her letting her know what is going on and letting her hear my voice.
Mostly mine sleeps but when she's awake I sing & talk to her. She goes with us on errands & watches while I do things around the house. She loves looking in the mirror & at the dog & cat. She loves Patty-cake, itsy bitsy spider, twinkle, twinkle, peek-a-boo, etc.

We had a set of kick-chimes on her activity mat, and she loved them. She would lie there and kick them for quite a while. I also moved the mirror on the mat so she could look at herself when she was laying on her back.
