If you breastfeed do you still have to follow all these rules.  Obviously alcohol...but what about caffine, aspartame, feta and blue cheese, heating your lunchmeat, etc...

anyone know?!

In the BF class I took (well DVD I watched), they said all rules are out the door and you can eat everything you would have if you weren't BFing.

I was even told you can have alcohol in moderation.  I almost cried I was so happy!

I'm Pretty Sure all those rules still apply.

I do know if you drink you need to pump it out and NOT give milk to baby.
