Am I the only one that seriously doesn't get ewcm?

I swear, for two years I pay attention, and I remember what it was like to get it from my pre-BCPs long long ago, but since we've been TTC I have never noticed anything extra---

Also, I'm assuming the reason why some refer to it as 'eeewcm' is because they mean 'ew (as in yuck its a pain in the ass to deal with sometimes) cm'?? That's what I thought it meant until I looked it up in the glossary.

I have so much to learn.

You are definately not the only one who gets puzzled with ewcm. Don't worry! Have you read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"? I found it to be very helpful. GL!

Some people dont getmuch of it, it might help to check internally.  If you get TCOYF it has a section on things to try to increase CM, such as green tea and grapefruit juice.

Nope.  Not just you.  Often I have to check internally - it's there, just hiding.  I have had months where it was very very eeeeewwwww, but those were few and far between.

I'll 3rd readin TCOYF. It was really intimated by it, but I learned so much.(And I thought I knew a lot!) But no not everyone gets a lot of EWCM.

I don't get much of it, which seems to be somewhat normal.  Their are several things you can take to increase it...green tea, grapefruit juice, robitussin, mucinex.  Or you can use pre-seed, which is a sperm friendly lubricant.
