E2 Levels?

I hadmy blood drawn today.

I'm either on day 6 if you cound the spotting/period or day 5 if you cound the full period. My E2 levels today after 4 days of 150ml Follistim was 228

She lowered my dosage to 75ml tonight and tomorrow. Blood test and ultrasound on Wednesday..

Is that a good number? I read that mature follies are between 200-400 but would day 5/6 be to early for mature follies?

It sounds like you might be responding really well to the meds, and that's why they're lowering the dosage. I think they usually like you to go between 8-12 days on stims to get mature follies. You'll likely be on the shorter end of that, so count yourself lucky! Good luck.

Sounds like your doing well, my guess would be that you have more than one follicle growing and that's why you are >200. I did IUI yesterday and was on 75u of follistim the whole time. My day 8 level was 238 (with 2 follies at 12) and day 10 was 951, I took Ovudril that day. On day 10 I had 2 follies >18 and 5 that were between 14 - 16. They were scared to let me go any longer because I don't want sextuplets. Hope this helps and good luck!
