yes you can. i have heard of a few women who had issues with the milk drying up but i don't think that's common and it probably would have happened regardless of pregnancy. here's a link for more info on that.

Yes you can. My friend was BF while she found out she was pregant, so out of curiosity I did some research and there is nothing wrong with BFing while being pregnant. Infact, you can even BF both children at the same time if you wanted to. I would not, however, that is just weird.

Yes you can. But make sure you tell your doctor because you may need to take more vitamins, and make sure you are really eating healthy food, because then you are 'feeding three'. Good luck!!
