Dinner ideas...

DH is working late, so I'm on dinner duty tonight. I fully admit he is the better cook, so give me some quick, easy suggestions on dinner tonight ( nothing I can mess up too badly!!)

Oriental flavored Top Ramen, with a spoonful of peanut butter and some peas and carrots. Just cook the peas and carrots with the noodles, and mix in the peanut butter with the seasoning packet.

Grilled chicken salad. That's what we're having! You could also broil the chicken.

We're having ham steaks on the grill, cous cous and broccolli.

Caprese salad (Mozzarella, basil and tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper) with biscuits.

DH might need a little something else so I am thinking of trying to add something. This will be plenty for me.
