DH has vetoed any names that end in "a"!

I didn't realize until we started talking about names last night how much he does not like names ending in "a", like Elena and Anna that are already in my name poll!

Any ideas of some names I can present to him that do not end in "a"? 

It seems most names do end with this sound!

You should veto his veto... I don't think you should blanket veto names. Maybe if "a" ending names don't sound right with your last name but even then. DH is horrible about vetoing names without cause or reason. I make him give me a name suggestion for every name he rejects.

My last name ends in A so I was avoiding the first name ending in A as well. There really are a lot out there, you just have to look a bit harder.

My DH veto names ending in 'a' too! His reason is because of all the new little cousins in my family who's names end in 'a' - 5 out of the 7 girls! He wants to break that trend. But I'm not giving up just yet! The none 'a' names on our narrowed down list are Lucy, Avery, Emery & Charlotte.

What?! How can you not like names that end in "a"? My DD has two of them! We call her Tillie though. Lots of great suggestions on here already though, good luck!
