Are these the same thing?  I did a search on them and I'm just wondering what you ladies think???? Same or no!

I don't really know, but I just bought Raspberry herbal tea... it lists raspberries and raspberry leaves in the ingredients so I figured it would work...

I saw Red Raspberry Tea in the store and looked at the ingredients and there was no red raspberry leaf in it. It is important to make sure that you are getting Red Raspberry Leaf Tea.

Mine is Red Raspberry Leaf Tea, it also says it is a herbal tea that promotes uterine health.

I think the one that you want should have an actual dosage on the box.  Ex. 12mg

Mine says Red Raspberry Herbal Tea, but I didn?t see any Leaf ingredients on the back sooo probably not the right stuff, but it sure taste good!! lol

I think the Red Raspberry LEAF tea (which is the one you want) is often marketed as Pregnancy Tea.  I have heard that it doesn't taste so great and that you might want to try it in combination with peppermint to make it taste better.
