Tip of the Day-Drink a TON of water! It really does somany great things for your body, including flushing out toxins, and other yuckystuff, and also is a great aid in weight loss!

  • My go to "recipe" when I need a filling, easy meal, is an omelet. I will usually do one whole egg, and 2/3 egg whites, a little cheese, some veggies, even some lunchmeat, you are good to go! I usually pair it with some low calorie toast and jelly, and you have your meal for typically about 250 calories, which is awesome!

  • I think you may have given me credit for someone else's weight loss. Right now I'm -3. If I'm a good girl this week, I might be -5 by Friday's weigh in, but I don't think I'm there just yet.

    I was able to get into my wedding dress Saturday, but last winter's jeans are still a little too snug. So I still have a little ways to go.

    My favorite healthy recipe is lentil soup. I cook the lentils with some turkey sausage and a little Cajun seasoning. It's low fat, super high protein, and very yummy!

    Tomorrow (Tuesday) is my weigh day so hopefully I will have some GOOD news to share ::crosses fingers::

    Hopefully I can do my workout today. My foot was still hurting yesterday and a little bit today. I'm thinking of doing 30DS sans shoes, LOL.

  • I'm back from vacation and up 3 pounds.  Ugh.  But at least it's behind me and I can finally get serious.  I'll get back to you on the healthy recipes.
  • I don't know if I posted on friday or not(my weigh in day) but I'm down 1.5 lbs.Not much, but since the scale been slowly climbing its awesome to see it go down, even if its only a little.

    My fave recipe would be grilled or baked chicken breast marinated in italian dressing, cook some broccoli, and brown rice, mix it up, top with chicken and drizzle lightly with more dressing. Its easy and really healthy-just as long as you don't go too overboard with the dressing, lol.You can use FF dressing but I think its tastier to make your own using a healthy oil.
