we made a changing table accessory for our crib.  It will save us some space and we made it together.  There's still some sanding and painting that needs to be done.

And our crash test kitty tried it out and gives it two paws up.

Nice! Hehe, I did that with my puppy after I modified our crib so that the drop down side no longer drops down, I put him up in the crib(note, he is 25 pounds right now) and it was fine even after he wiggled around in it. LOL
