Have you had any luck using Fenugreek??

I just started taking it and was wondering. I am an EP. How long did it take if so?

I took it for about a week with not much luck.  Now I'm on Domperidone and I've seen a good increase (MUCH better..tho still low supply)...that took a few days to kick in.

I had HORRIBLE supply - so I needed something stronger than Fenugreek.

You should see a difference within 72 hours if it's going to work. You might trying upping your dose. You can take AT LEAST double what it says on the label, and might try throwing in a couple of extra doses for a couple of weeks to jumpstart your supply.

 I also reccomend alfalfa. I use both together.

I tried it for a couple months w/DD & didn't really notice a difference

I've been using it and I think it has made a difference.

I tried it but didnt really notice a difference. Then I tried Blessed Thistle and noticed a difference almost immediately.

I am using the MoreMilk Plus by Motherlove (containing Fenugreek, Blessed Thistle, etc.) and i noticed a small difference week one, but this week (week 3), I noticed a very positive difference without feeling engorged or anything.  It's apparently working.
