is this what BH's feels like?

This am when I was walking my dogs, I felt a distinct tightening sensation around my lower abdomen.  almost like someone took my muscles and was wringing them out like a dish towel... BH anyone?

That is how mine have felt, but not painful...does that make sense?

they felt like mild AF cramps to me the first time.

My doctor says BH and regular contractions can feel like "the sensation that baby is rolling into a ball" if that makes sense.?

Interesting.  I have felt these as well, especially when walking my dog.  They could get so tight that they are on the verge of painful (like a cramp in any muscle) but don't last long and I never really knew if they are BH or not.

How early can braxton hicks start? Because I've experienced the ball rolling into a ball quite a lot...but just thought it was the baby shifting around.

Yep those are BH. I didn't get them much with my first pregnancy.. but this time I get them ALL the time.
