I skipped my workout (30DS) on Friday and pigged (deep fried mushrooms for lunch = YUM) out plus DH and I did our first date night since having 2 LO's so I had some cocktails and ate whatever I wanted of dinner =D
Totally afraid to weight myself now!!
I did my workout yesterday (Sat.) but my left heel (more like the sides of it) is killing me =/ (heel spur???) I really don't want to stop my workouts but it really hurts to jump and run, etc!!
Any suggestions? I'm thinking it may even be my shoes. They are new and I've only been wearing them to workout in for the last 2-3 weeks....
I'm trying to be good the next few days. My weekly weigh-in day in Tuesday....

I posted my big AW on the book board. I tried on my wedding dress this morning and it fit! Like it really, really fit!
