He's out with his cousins and some friends.  I talked to him at 8ish.  At that time he said he was well on his way.  No word since then. 

His cousin has been instructed not to let him get too shitty drunk tonight and be all hung over tomorrow.  

Of course, there's nothing better for a hangover than a little hair of the dog that bit you...
