2nd Tri Acne

Any good suggestions?  I haven't had acne in years and I used to use ProActiv at that time (until the toner bleached all of my face towels - not a good sign!)  Does anyone have any brand favorites or skin care solutions?

Ah, yes, don't you just love it? Ugh, I broke out worse than a thirteen year old - face, neck, back...so lovely in the summertime. Anyway, I don't know if you need a long term solution. Mine has gone away. I used Neutrogena clearing face wash and also body wash. Hang in there - it probably won't last.

same here. i haven't had acne in years, and as soon as i hit 20 weeks, BAM! my face looks like a horn-dog 13 year old little boy's! the only thing that has helped it is washing with anti-bacterial soap when i wake up, in the middle of the day, and before i go to sleep.

THANKFULLY mine has only been on my chin(but I am a picker, I hate bumpy scabs...), but I got some blackhead scrub im going to try and I just order a free sample of Burt Bee's new acne wash. I hope it works!

Steer clear of products that contain salicylic acid (not good during pregnancy) My product of choice is Cetaphil.  It has worked wonders for me.

This has been driving me crazy since about 6w pregnant.  I've tried a few different things, but I think Cetaphil is the best.  I'm washing about 3 times a day b/c my face seems pretty oily right now
