2nd Trimester

anyone else?

Are any of you feeling significant shortness of breath?  I certainly am, and I didn't with DD.  I know it's relatively normal, but if anyone has tips for relief I would sure appreciate it!
I don't know what's up with my siggy and I am too lazy to figure it out.

Re: anyone else?

  • Oh yes, I totally have! I have no idea how to improve this, but it's definitely apparent!

  • Whenever my little man decides to hang around up high, then yes!! Thankfully, he seems to really enjoy kicking me down low so most of the time (so far) he hangs out down there!
  • Yup, since week 12. Doc said it was a combo of getting used to the higher levels of progesterone and the fact that my lungs got smooshed upward (apparently, so did my stomach because I am now experiencing gas right below my heart).
  • It's crazy!  I can do an hour of aerobics 3, 4, 5 days per week with no problems.  BUT have me walk from one room to another or up a flight of steps, I am huffing and puffing.  I do not get it!
  • Yep - it started around the beginning of the 2nd Tri for me. Stairs and long conversations have become the enemy.
