Girl found after 18 years...

I'm sure you have heard about the girl Jaycee Lee Dugard, that was kidnapped at 11 and just found 18 years later? 

Well, the backyard compound that nobody could see even up close is viewable on google maps. 

That poor girl, her children, and her parents.  What a mess that needs to be cleaned up because of the nut jobs that kidnapped her.

Doesn't she have two kids with the guy who kidnapped her?  I can't even imagine what she went through.

A husband and wife team kidnapping an 11 year girl and abusing her for years? Ugh, the story sends shudders down my spine.  I'm glad she is alive but the bastard made her have kids with him (yuck).   She is currently my age (29) and abducted when she was 11.  

What infuriates me even more is that PEOPLE called the police on these folks for years and no one seemed to have a notice a family was living in tents in a hidden backyard??

I feel so sorry for her. But I am happy she was found. You're right though, I just looked it up on google maps, wow. This one def. fell through the cracks of the justice/parole system. And she gave birth to the girls outside in the compound with no prenatal care7 or help. Poor woman. She was 14 when she had the first daughter. 14!

Okay now I know. Oh that poor girl. The saddest thing is that after that long there's no way for her to go back to her life with her real family (and have it be like it was before) or to really fix the mental damage. No one wins in those type of cases.

 And now her oldest is older than when she had her, and her youngest the same age she was when she was kidnapped.  No school, no doctor, nothing.  Could you imagine leaving your life 18 years ago and coming back to the world now?  It's so sad for all 3 of them.

 Aside from the incest.  And who are these women married to the freaks that miss everything, like in the Fritzl case, or help out in the abduction and rape like in this case?  What in the world?!

Such a terrible story, but at least she was found.  Maybe now she can life her life the way she wants with her children - although there has to be unbelievable permanent damage done.

The kidnapper did a jail house interview and he said that once the entire story is out everyone will see how beautiful of a story it is and that he turned his life around after the last girl was born. Um, dont think so buddy.

I just searched maps.google.com for Jaycee Dugard. This is what came up.

omg i read that story this morning and the entire time i just kept feeling the urge to punch those police 'investigators' in the face!!!!!  that is absolutely ridiculous and i truly think everyone who worked that case needs to find a new job.... maybe mopping a floor or something...?  im still frustrated by it!!!   poor girl and her family!!!!
