Started as SAHM to move cross country back in June.  Still have not settled into our new state and not even in our house yet and I took a PT job   I have mixed feelings.  It's only 2 days (6 hours each) a week and I will get to meet people and network in a field that I eventually want to have a FT career in.  It'll also help our budget to not be so extremely tight, since we bought a little more house than we initially planned for...But I never even got the chance to be full time in our new home with my DD!!

It'll be okay, right?

It will be ok! You'll still have days home with her, and that will be great. Sounds like the best of both worlds.
