4 months of BFAR success

So, I didn't know if I would be able to BF or not since I had a reduction 4 years ago, but I made it 4 whole months before my supply pretty much slimmed to the point of 1/2 oz per feeding.  I just wanted to let y'all know that there is hope after a reduction and don't give up...even if you have to supplement!!

I am also BFAR and with some religious use of fenugreek and alfalfa tinctures I can keep my supply up...soon as I miss a few doses I see a different. Maybe you want to try this to keep going! Even if you don't, 4 mos this time means more milk next time! Congrats!
