You won't care what your hair looks like after you give birth to your baby. All you will care about is that you are holding this teeny tiny little miracle that you created.
Think about the hair later. Think about eyelash extensions never.
Just because you don't care what you look like during or after labor doesn't mean that you won't care ever again. It just means that you have way more important things to think about at that point.
And I won't lie. I have gone out unshowered and without makeup in sweats on occasion. At that point, I was so exhausted that I didn't notice. Running on five minutes of sleep is rough.

AAW all those pictures were great! I love that first picture caught on camera together no matter how tired or frumpy you think you look it is a beautiful picture and priceless.
