So my birthday is coming up on Tuesday, and I got my family to go out this Saturday evening for dinner. Since many of you had been talking about it, I decided I wanted Cheesecake Factory.

I promise I will TRY to take a bite of every cheesecake laid before me in honor of each of you. It's a tough challenge, but I think I'm up to it.

We went there not long ago and I had the cookie dough cheesecake. SO YUMMY.

Also, the sweet corn tamale cakes appetizer is to die for.

 That's my main dish! I plan on starting there and ending with the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

So not fair. The closest Cheesecake Factory is over 100 miles away. Their grilled veggie sandwich. mmmm....
